Jewellery is all handmade. Colours and sizes may vary slightly.
All jewellery components comply with EEC rules restricting nickel content.
We aim to keep all items in stock, however due to their handmade nature some items may occasionally be unavailable, particularly for orders with large numbers of the same type of item. We will endeavour to replenish out of stock items quickly.
Returns and Refunds
If any goods are unsatisfactory they must be returned to us within 10 days of receipt in original condition and packaging with a completed returns form. We will replace goods or refund the value of goods returned. Refund of postage will be proportionate to the number of items returned and based on standard delivery services. We strongly advise that you obtain proof of postage when returning goods to us. This is available free from any UK post office.
Please ensure goods are suitably wrapped for return postage as we cannot accept goods that are damaged on their return journey to us.
If returning items for refund causes an order quantity to fall to a lesser discount level, the refund will be calculated based on the non-returned items receiving the lower discount level.
Eg. 12 brooches ordered @ £18.99 each minus 25% discount = £170.91
If 5 brooches are then returned, the discount level on the remaining 7 brooches drops to 10%. So 7 brooches @ £18.99 each minus 10% discount = £119.64.
The refund therefore will be £170.91 minus £119.64, which is £51.27.
In some cases the refund will be a minus amount, which we will not expect you to pay. In these cases we would suggest you opt for replacements.
Earrings for pierced ears may not be returned once the tamper-proof seal has been broken, unless faulty.
Special orders of non-standard stock may not be returned unless faulty.
No refunds or replacements can be authorised until goods have been received and checked by us.

If purchasing jewellery for resale overseas, you are responsible for ensuring the legality of all items in your country before purchasing.
You are responsible for paying any additional charges that may arise with regard to delivery of your order, e.g. customs charges, local taxes, clearance fees etc.
Due to postage costs, larger orders may be split into more than one parcel.
We are aware that distance selling regulations vary between countries. Although our terms are set with British regulations in mind, we will endevour to adhere to foreign regulations where applicable. Please email us if you have a query on this matter.
Please note we will only be able to respond to emails written in English.
