Please specify the order number and a photograph of the damage when reporting defects. Please note that the mirrors are handmade so slight irregularities will occur and are not considered defects. Only inadequacies which were avoidable with the production processes available are considered defects. This does not include aspects of personal taste. Differences in colour between the images and the original image data are not a defect. There is no defect if reduced quality is due to the poor quality (for example, low resolution) of the original image data. Any defects are rectified by repair or replacements. Only if these repairs or replacements are unsatisfactory do you have the right to a discount or to a refund for the faulty good / service. Care of Your Product Once you have received your mirror you are responsible for it's care and safety. Please ensure it is fixed securely to the wall in an appropriate location, and care is taken when handling or cleaning. Should the mirror become damaged or broken through misuse or accident, please exercise extreme caution when handling to avoid injury. Mirrors contain lead and potential small parts and as such are unsuitable for very young children or anybody who is likely to place their mouth against the lead linework. We advise that your mirror should be fixed in an internal location, away from strong direct sunlight and not in areas of high humidity. We will not be held responsible for premature deterioration of a mirror which has been situated in an inappropriate place. |
